We look at it this way. It is easy to tell you we can be trusted, any shop can "say" that. But when 1000's of customers vote us their number one shop and take the time to vote for us each year, we feel that is the most true voice.
It's not just the readers of the Ventura County Star Newspaper that believe in our company. It's the AAA (the Auto Club) too. They have a program called the AAA Approved Auto Repair. The purpose of the program is to have auto repair shops that they can refer their members to when they need service. So, how could they choose? There are over 700 licensed auto repair companies in Ventura County alone.
They decide who can be trusted with their members through their AAA Approved Auto Repair program. First they thoroughly inspect our company. They look at our equipment, our qualifications, our capabilities. They also look at the amenities we offer our customers, like fresh coffee and a comfortable waiting room. Then they survey our customers! Each year we have to send 100's of actual customer work orders so they can contact our customers.
