After 6 months of experiencing loud groaning braking noises, on and off, & the costly, unrepaired service of two previous mechanics in neighboring communities, I was eager to find a car service closer to home, where I could establish a reliable, trustworthy relationship. Searching online, I was encouraged by extremely positive feedback given by longstanding customers of Camarillo Car Care. My appointment began with a lengthy test drive with Omar, in the passenger seat, listening to me, hearing noises I drew attention to. He listened intently, asked questions, made mental notes, forming possible causes of my concerns, then suggested I leave my car, for a thorough evaluation, which would uncover needed service. Omar kept in constant contact with me, keeping me abreast of findings, answering my many questions with detailed explanations of mechanisms, & the need for additional time (by email, phone calls & Text messages). My car was kept 2 overnights. It was observed that additional maintenance work was suggested (offered, not pushed), which I was given time to consider, due to the unexpected cost. Omar was, without a doubt, a fine, professional representative for your company, always kind, patient & reassuring me that whatever the problem was, your Team could fix it. I trusted him, & your business, as a whole. I would like to add, the only other person on Your Team that I had contact with, & need to commend, is Mary. She, so graciously, picked me up, at my home, taking me back, in the Courtesy Car, to pick up my repaired car. She is a lovely, kind, compassionate & caring asset to your business. Also, I wish to comment on your business itself. I have never seen an Auto Service Center so clean, organized & neatly kept. Many "garages" do not offer a waiting room, which is inconvenient. I had the experience of spending a very short waiting time in yours, & was amazed at the lovely, cozy feeling & cleanliness, much like "being at Home". Yes, you definitely do deserve a Five Star Rating. Every detail of your business is outstanding. Thank you personally, for your Caring Spirit, putting your customers First.
