This was my first experience and glad to say, this shop met and exceeded my expectations. My my car lost power and basically everything froze whilst driving on the freeway. I managed to get off the 101 and drove straight to the first mechanic shop I could fine. The first shop didn’t service Mercedes cars so they directed me another place a mile away. At this moment my car was dead and my only option is to call AAA, then I saw Camarillo Car Care. I went to them and thankfully they managed to diagnose fix my car.

True professionalism. Was recommended here from another specialty auto service shop. Due to my car needing more intensive care for which they're not suited for. Omar who handled my case was very knowledgeable, courteous and kept me well informed throughout my ordeal. Will definitely be back.
