Professional. They scheduled an appt for my car to be brought in; they texted me to remind me; they emailed me a thorough evaluation of the car work needed - complete with photos of car problems where possible. We chatted on phone about the repairs; I declined a couple of them; they gave me a quote, and within 2 days, I had my car back. It's obvious they care about their work.

Everyone is always wonderful there and the workmanship is beyond approach! Dan is such an asset to the company and is always very kind and works with you! I’ll be back!

This was my first experience and glad to say, this shop met and exceeded my expectations. My my car lost power and basically everything froze whilst driving on the freeway. I managed to get off the 101 and drove straight to the first mechanic shop I could fine. The first shop didn’t service Mercedes cars so they directed me another place a mile away. At this moment my car was dead and my only option is to call AAA, then I saw Camarillo Car Care. I went to them and thankfully they managed to diagnose fix my car.
