Ron, was awesome! He explained what was being done to my car, he gave me suggestions for my next visit, and he took the time to answer all of my questions. If there was something he was unsure of he looked it up or asked one of the technicians. I didn't feel mislead when I left and I also felt like I learned something. My family and I have been going to the Camarillo Car Care Center for several years and have had nothing but great experiences there. The people, especially advisor Ron Merson, are superb - honest and straight forward and extremely knowledgeable. They never force things upon you - they take the time to explain all your options - and many times they have told me when I pick up my car that the repairs they thought might be needed weren't in fact needed and that they could be done on the next visit. How often do you hear that from a car mechanic??? I highly recommend them - they are just top notch.

Excellent experience as always - and Ron Merson was great to work with....honest, professional and friendly. Ron took the time to explain things to me - and when I came to pick up my car he said that once the mechanics looked under the hood some of the work they thought they'd have to do - didn't have to be done - saving me some money! What other repair shop does that???

Always pleased with the service here. Wish u were open a bit later (6ish) so I didn't have to take time off work to come, but otherwise great!
