I recently had the 120K service completed on my 2002 Lexus RX300. I made the appointment online after receiving an email reminder. Check-in was easy, and I was provided a ride home by Pat,the owner of the business. I found him to be a very nice man who truly cares about his clientele and the reputation of his business. I was kept informed by phone as to the progress of the work and given the opportunity to approve additional work that needed to be done. The car was ready when promised, and I was able to use a $25 gift card I had received in the mail before the service was scheduled. I'm confident that all work was performed correctly as it is backed by their 24-month warranty. I am a satisfied customer.
