Always courteous, always concerned about my safety and the best automobile repair shop I have ever been to in a very long time.

I have not needed any car service in years, but knew that Camarillo Car Care was the only place I would take my car. They are friendly and explain what they are going to do to see what the issues are. They gave me an estimate of the costs and made sure I understood what my options were.

Unfortunately our relationship has finally come to an end because our 1988 Mercury Station Wagon has a major engine problem that would require a rebuilt engine. We can't rationalize putting that kind of money into that age of car. Over the years Camarillo Care Care has kept our old wagon up and running giving us an honest opinion each time. Work was done in an efficient manner and we were always kept informed of progress and or problems so that there were no surprises.
