I am a long time customer of Camarillo Car Care Center (CCCC). After a dealer required safety recall appointment the dealer handed me a list of"recommendations" for service issues that had to be addressed. Having rigorously maintained service on the car, by CCCC, I was completely surprised by the issues, and their expense. I brought the car to CCCC and after discussions with Ron CCCC conducted an item by item inspection of the "recommendations." It turned out that several of the dealer's issues simply did not exist. This type of misrepresentation is what lends itself to the distrust the general public has for repair shops and dealers. I can honestly say that the employees at CCCC have the experience, integrity, and work ethic that anyone seeking auto repairs may rely on for dependable, fairly priced service.

Everything excellent---except that my original tires have worn out at 2x the warranted miles. I was told that I would have to contact the manufacturer directly--to try to get some credit against premature wear. I would think that Camarillo Car Care would be willing to do that for me--if I purchase the same tires through them.
