Auto Repair in Camarillo

In a previous appointment, it was noted that it was time for the 4 shocks to be replaced. I made the appointment for Friday 8-June and Camarillo Car Care provided a timely turn around.

Dropped off car. Had issue with smog testing machine going down. Dan called and inform me as soon as it went down and rescheduled went it would work for me.

Out of all the repair shops in Camarillo that I have been to, this shop is the only one that showed me the problem before and after it was fixed. I really like that they do that so you can see for yourself instead of just them telling you the problem. The staff was great to work with and the shuttle service was very convenient since I had 2 kids with me and it would have been hard for them to wait in the waiting area. It would have been good if there was kids books/toys or TV program for the kids while waiting. Over all, it was a great experience.

The guys are always thorough and quick. They didn't take as much time as I would have wanted--I still wasn't that late for work. Perhaps next time. Maybe I thought the cost of an oil change at $126 was a little on the high side, but they do a good job.

We took our Chevy Astro Van in for a diagnosis regarding an oil leak. They gave us several options, put no pressure on us to do the most expensive thing but discussed the pros and cons of each option with us. They seem honest and I would go back there again for service.

as an old man now, i qualify for a buick, 2004 century. nothing high tech,no heated seats, just love the joy of cruising down the road in comfort and do not need to draw attention, just knowing my car is maintained well is a joy. thanks to camarillo car center i feel it's in good hands. very well done, i recommend them to anybody. best wishes, larry p

Dan is a great rep. He has a pleasant appearance and customer oriented approach. The work was done quicker than expected - totally thrilled with the outcome. Will be happy to bring my car back in about 500 miles for an oil change.
