Everything and everyone was very professional and courteous. My only complaint were about the extremely high charges for an oil change, simply due to a broken , stuck oil filter. I wound up paying $258.00 just because the mechanic had to cut off the old stuck filter. I felt the cost for the little extra work was extreme. Even the gentleman at the front desk mentioned that situation happens often due to poor quality of oil filters. That is why I chose to use your products rather than the ones I brought in with me. I felt it would have been fair to simply charge me the price for an oil change only. I gave 4 stars for quality of service provided by Dan.

Oil change, flush brake fluid. Job done well and price was fair. They were thorough in checking out the rest of the car for me. Not five star because they left grease on my tan leather seat.

The Employees were polite and helpful. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. I was perfectly comfortable in the waiting area. The only thing I might say is that it would have been nice if there had been some coffee or water in the waiting area like the sign said.

I brought a company truck in to be serviced and get a smog check. We are a service-based company so when ever a vehicle is down, it can really hamper our ability to perform as expected. Patrick squeezed me in and got the truck done quickly. They inspected the entire vehicle and presented me with a complete report. We used to take the truck to the dealer, but they would take too long and charge twice as charge twice as much. I am 100% satisfied with Camarillo Car Care and pleased with everything.
