Excellent service and a very honest repair shop! It seemed as if the heater core had broken: there was green liquid that looked like coolant all over the front passenger floor mat, and the car is 14 years old. So we brought it in, and after a lengthy diagnosis, it turned out the heater core was just fine. The green liquid was fluid that had gotten in from a car wash.But they did find a couple of other things that we had no idea were about to go wrong, and that was great.And they always do a good job of explaining the final bill.

My son brought his car down for a diagnosis. I appreciate the fact that even though he (and we) cannot currently afford to have it fixed, Camarillo Car Care willingly points us in the correct direction. In the near future - out of college and with an income! - I am sure he will remember this. I know we will.

Camarillo Car Care is everything you hope for in service. My service consultant Ron is very though,informative,and polite. On my recent visit I explained to him I was taking my car on a trip;and the "change oil" light was on. Also,I was worried;because I had noticed spots of oil on the garage floor. Not only was he able to squeeze me in right away without an appointment;they discovered the leak was from the oil filter not being installed tight enough (from another car service). This gave me peace of mind to enjoy my trip. Also,Ron printed up information for me that I needed on my car. An added bonus is that their service bays are very clean and orderly;and the waiting room is immaculate with awesome coffee!!

Ron took good care of my intake and I was able to wait for the completion of the work which took around 1.5 hours.

Once again, am happy with service and service personnel. Took a little long to get the required parts to make the fix. Otherwise, very pleased.

Again, I must say my experience at Camarillo Car Car Center was excellent! Even though I did not have an appointment, they were able to take my car, diagnose the problem, and get back to me within a ressonable time. Upon finding the problem they let me know how much it would cost, repair it and get it back to me. I am pleased with their work as well as their courtesy!
