Auto Repair in Camarillo

The staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and eager to assist and please their customers. There was a minor mishap while the mechanic was working on my vehicle. The service man called me and explained the situation. The shop took full responsibility for the repair. Altho my car had to be in the shop a while longer, they provided me with a rental car at their expense. I understand accidents do happen, however, they took care of me in a very professional way.e

I have been taking my cars to Camarillo Car Care Center for almost 20 years. Enough said.

Dan always does a good job of researching so that I feel I get a good deal on my car maintenance work. I just have to remember to call you in advance since I have a MINI and you don't always have the parts on hand.

This was a GREAT experience. The owner was professional, friendly, thorough and did the work as promised. He also suggested a few things requiring attention to be addressed in the near future, but there was no high pressure. I received a terrific thank you letter and a coupon for my next service. I'm totally impressed and will use Camarillo Car Care in the future and will recommend to my friends.

Work seems to be done well. Brakes feel better (as they should when replaced). Car rides smoothly. I trust the other fluids that were supposed to be replaced were.The guys working the front desk are friendly and informative, as always.The only thing that is upsetting to me is that each time I pickup my car I've got to clean the spots where the mechanics oily hands touched the door, shifter, and steering wheel. If they could remedy this then it would be a 5-star experience in my personal opinion.Otherwise, I am really glad I found these guys and I can see why they are AAA rated.
